From Sacramento:
Take the I-680 ramp to Benicia/San Jose
Take the I-780 W ramp to Benicia/Vallejo
Take the E Fifth St. Exit
Turn Left at E Fifth St
Turn left at Military East (The office is located in the historic Benicia Arsenal which begins at the end of Military East)
Bear left at Adams St.
Bear left at Park St.
Turn right at Jefferson Ct.
Turn left when you see the Jefferson Mansion (a beautiful restored house)
Turn right at Madison St.
The office and parking lot are located directly behind the Jefferson Mansion

From Vallejo
Take the I-780 E ramp to Benicia
Take the E Fifth St. Exit
Turn Right at East Fifth St
Follow directions as above beginning with turning Left on Military East
